For a relaxed, comfortable, affordable and friendly atmosphere you'll find Carl's hard to top. Decorated in a clean, simple manner most suited to a beach vacation home, Carl's is located within a couple of minutes walk to all the most popular places in P-town. There are 14 guest rooms, to meet everyone's budget, from basic sleeping rooms with Central Private Baths, on up to spacious rooms with Traditional Private Baths, refrigerators, microwaves, air conditioners, etc. All rooms are private, clean and comfortable. Open to all our guests is a central living room where you can relax watching T.V., reading or socializing with fellow guests. There's also a service area with complimentary coffee, tea, fridge and microwave. Please note, we do not provide alcoholic beverages nor mixers of any type. Outside, gently landscaped and flowered yards can be seen from almost every room and most important for sun worshipers is our Clothing Optional Sundeck ...private enough for au-natural tanning.



When you arrive at Carl's you will receive a tour of the entire house and will be given current information on all town activities, shows etc. going on during your stay. You will be arriving to a guest room which has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and during your stay fresh towels will be provide daily.
A question on your mind might be what sort of folks visit Carl's? All ages from 21 and up, but mostly between mid-20's to mid-40's. They're not only from the U.S.A., but many other countries as well. Those who will enjoy Carl's the most, will be gentler, friendly, easy going, and NOT into heavy drinking/drugs nor other activities that may be controversial. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like because we want to be sure you're going to be comfortable with the gentle environment we offer. All of our guests receive keys and are free to come and go in quiet comfort and are welcome to bring company back to the house.
