You can find Roseland in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia, 32 miles south of Wheeling. Roseland is gay owned and operated, catering to gay men. Located at the end of a country lane, on mountain ridges, we pride ourselves on the privacy and seclusion our guests enjoy. Here on the grounds clothing is optional.

We are open year 'round with some theme weekends during the year, mostly during the summer season. Roseland provides several options for accommodations including bed and breakfast style guest rooms, sleeper cabins, a deluxe cabin, trailer sites w/water and electric to rent by the season, and a total of 118 campsites.

Day Passes ave valid from 8am to 8pm and Evening Passes are used for 6 pm to 1 am. The charge for either is $5.00. Those guests planning to return more often can get a Pass Card for $40 giving them 10 Passes for the price of 8!


As a Private Membership Facility, all guests are required to obtain a membership at the first Check-In for the current season. Memberships are valid from January 1st until December 31st and $10 per person for each season.

You must be 21 years of age to become a member.

Due to the nature of providing comfort and seclusion for Roseland's members reservations are required. Upon reservation confirmation we give access information to the grounds beyond the gate.
